Collective Mind’s 2025 Fellows
In 2025, we initiated a new fellowship meant to expand the resources and deepen the knowledge available to network managers and leaders to better equip them to effectively fulfill their roles.
Collective Mind fellows participate in a 1-year (part-time, unpaid, nonresident) fellowship to undertake self-designed projects that will contribute substantively to the growing field of network practice.

Josefa Vergara (image not shown)
Biography: Josefa is Assistant at the Capacity Development and Knowledge Management programs. She is an Engineer in Natural Resources with a Master’s degree in Global Change Geography. Josefa supports the development of educational and training material at WIN. She also has experience in ecosystem services and urban ecology research.
Project Description: This project aims to develop an approach for the Water Integrity Network (WIN) that enables stronger leadership roles for Southern partners by addressing power imbalances in governance. The resulting approach will offer guidelines for fostering inclusivity and could serve as a model for decolonizing governance in other northern-led networks.
