Strategic Planning

We work closely with a network’s key stakeholders to define a strategic planning process that is fit-for-purpose for that network. This can begin by employing our proprietary Network Diagnostic to better understand the network’s vision, interests, strengths, and needs. We design and work through a customized, multistep methodology to achieve a coherent, comprehensive strategy or strategic plan that represents the consensus needs and views of the network’s membership and considers how to best evolve programs for impact.
